论科学技术、经济建设和国防建设的关系——从《论十大关系》出发

On the Relationship Among Science and Technology,Economic construction and National Defense Construction--On the Ten Major Relationship

科技自立自强是中国特色自主创新道路与时俱进的最新要求,是国防科技战略部署的现实前提。在《论十大关系》(第三条)中,毛泽东通过论述经济建设与国防建设的关系,指出了科学技术的重要性。经过中国共产党历代核心领导人的实践检验可知,国防建设是以经济建设为基础,经济建设需要依靠科学技术,而科学技术的创新是国家强盛的根本(简称“三者关系”)。我们只有始终坚持中国共产党的正确领导,善于总结中国特色社会主义科技创新的理论与实践,依循“科学技术促经济,经济建设稳国防”这一基本线索和理论前提,才能更加深入地理解习近平总书记为什么重视科技创新。

Self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology is the latest requirement for the independent innovation with Chinese characteristics to keep pace with the times and the realistic precondition for the strategic deployment of national defense science and technology.In the On the TenMajor Relationship(Article 3),Mao Zedong pointed out the importance of science and technology by discussing the relationship between economic construction and national defence construction.Through the practical test of the past gen-erations of core leaders of the Communist Party of China,we can know that national defense construction is based on economic con-struction,which depends on science and technology,and the innovation of science and technology is the foundation of national strength and prosperity.We can only adhere to the correct leadership of The Communist Party of China and be good at summarizing the theory and practice of scientific and technological innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,only by following the basic clue and theoretical premise of“science and technology promoting economy,economic construction stabilizing national defense”can we under-stand more deeply why Chairman Xi attaches importance to science and technology innovation.
