深生态学是阿恩·奈斯所创立的以“整体观念论”为核心的生态哲学体系,科马克·卡利南在此基础上进一步发展,创作了《地球正义宣言——荒野法》一书。该书提出人类应当认清自己并非独立于自然之外的存在,过去错误的生态观念导致了许多生态问题的产生与生态治理的失误,因此需要重建一套名为“地球法理”的具有实践意义的生态伦理体系。

Deep ecology is an ecological philosophy systemfounded by Arne Ness with the core of“holistic concept”.On this basis,Cor-mac Cullinan further developed it and wrote the book Wild Law:A Manifesto for Earth Justice.The book proposes that human beings should recognize that they are not independent of nature,and the wrong ecological concept in the past led to many ecological problems and ecological governance mistakes.Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct ecological ethics thought with practical significance,name-ly“earth jurisprudence”.
