红色文化资源助推高校学生党建工作高质量发展研究——以遵义市为例

Research on the High Quality Development of College Students Party Building Promoted by Red Culture Resource--Take Zunyi City as an Example

创新运用红色文化资源推动高校学生党建高质量发展是大势所趋。文章针对当前红色文化资源融入高校学生党建工作存在教育内容浅表化、教育方式单一枯燥、教育格局参差不齐等问题,提出创新协同融合机制、实施引擎升级行动、打造学生党建品牌、推进红色文化在线传播等优化路径,推动高校学生党建工作在与红色文化资源有效融合中实现高质量发展。

The innovative use of red cultural resources is the trend of the times to promote the high-quality development of Party building among college students.The article proposes optimization paths such as innovative and collaborative integration mechanisms,implementation of upgrading actions,establishing student Party building brands,and promoting online dissemination of red culture to address the problems of plain educational contents,monotonous and dull educationalmethods,and uneven educational patterns in the integration of red cultural resources into university student Party building work.This aims to promote high-quality development of university student Party building through effective integration with red cultural resources.
