新发展阶段高职院校劳动教育的实施路径思考

Thoughts on the Implementation Path of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges at the New Development Stage

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,加强高职院校劳动教育建设,有利于构建高职院校学生德智体美劳全面发展的教育体系。目前高职院校劳动教育在实施过程中存在着课程建设不充分、机制不完善、学生劳动价值观需端正等问题。对此,应从劳动教育环境改善、劳动教育质量建设、马克思劳动观培育三个方面来促进高职院校劳动教育的发展。

Labor education is an important part of the socialist education systemwith Chinese characteristics.Strengthening the construc-tion of labor education in vocational colleges is conducive to building an educational systemfor the comprehensive development of mor-al,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor among vocational college students.At present,there are some problems in the implemen-tation of labor education in vocational colleges,such as inadequate curriculumconstruction,imperfect mechanisms,and the need to cor-rect students’labor values.Therefore,we should promote the development of labor education in vocational colleges fromthree aspects:improving the labor education environment,building the quality of labor education,and cultivating Marx’s labor concept.
