基于网络分析视角下的青少年感恩问卷研究

A Study of Adolescent Gratitude Questionnaire Basedon Network Analysis

目的探究感恩问卷的网络结构并确认核心条目。方法采用感恩问卷对859名青少年进行调查。结果在网络中,a1“我的生活里实在有太多值得我感激的”与a2“如果要把所有我想感激的都记下来,那将是很长一串”的偏相关系数最高(0.53),a4“生活中有很多人值得我们感激”与a5“我发现随着我逐渐长大,我越来越懂得感激我生命中的人、事情和处境”的偏相关系数较高(0.39),a3“环顾这个世界,没有什么是值得我感谢的”与a6“长时间以来,我都没有感觉要向任何人或事致谢”的偏相关系数较高(0.28)。a1“我的生活里实在有太多值得我感激的”的预期影响、强度中心性、接近中心性和中介中心性最高。结论研究表明,感恩问卷的各个条目之间存在着较强的正相关关系,“我的生活里实在有太多值得我感激的”是网络中的核心条目,以此作为潜在干预目标,可最大程度地提升青少年感恩的整体水平。

Objective:To explore the network characteristics of gratitude and identify the core items.Methods:A total of 859 adolescents were investi-gated with gratitude questionnaire.Results:On the network,al:“There are so many things in my life that I should be grateful for”and a2:“It would be a long list of things to be grateful for”had the highest partial correlation(0.53),a4:“There are a lot of people in life to be grateful for”and a5”:“I found that as I grew older,I became more appreciative of the people,things,and situations in my life”had a higher partial correlation coefficient(0.39),a3:“Looking around the world,I don'thave anything to be thankful for”and a6:“For a long time,I didn't feel like Iwas thanking anyone or anything”had a higher pattial correlation cofficient(0.28).al:“I have so much to be thankful for in my life”had the highest expected impact,intensity centrality,proximity centrality,and intermediary centrality.Conclusion:This study shows that there is a strong positive relationship between the various items of the gratitude questionnaire.“There are so many things in my life that I should be grateful for”is a core item in the network as a potential target for in-tervention,may maximize the overall level of gratitude among adolescents.
