基于专利视角的河南起重设备产业分析

A Patent-Based Analysis of the Henan Crane Industry

【目的】基于专利数据对起重领域的发展形势进行具体分析,明晰了河南省起重设备产业的发展态势,为相关起重企业的发展方向和专利布局提供参考。【方法】以专利分析为工具,依据主要分析指标,结合研究需要,绘制出各种类型的用以描述相关指标状况与趋势的图表。【结果】通过对图表的分析与解读,围绕申请趋势、地域分布、专利申请流向、国外在华专利申请布局等维度,对河南省起重领域的专利信息统计分析。【结论】目前河南起重企业在其专利申请中实用新型占主要部分,专利布局及保护意识仍有待提高,在技术研发力量和专利布局战略仍比较薄弱。

[Purposes]Based on the patent data,this paper makes a concrete analysis of the development situation of the crane equipment industry,clarifies the development trend of crane equipment industry in Henan province,and provides reference for the development direction and patent layout of relevant crane enterprises.[Methods]This paper uses patent analysis as a tool,draws various types of charts to de⁃scribe the status and trend of relevant indicators according to the main analysis indicators and the needs of research.[Findings]Through the analysis and interpretation of the chart,this paper makes a statisti⁃cal analysis of the patent information in the crane field of Henan Province about the dimensions of appli⁃cation trend,geographical distribution,patent application flow,and the layout of foreign patent applica⁃tions in China.[Conclusions]At present,the utility model of Henan crane enterprises accounts for the main part of the patent applications.The awareness of patent layout and protection needs to be improved,and the technical research and development force and patent layout strategy are still relatively weak.
