形状记忆智能材料的4D打印专利技术综述

摘要 【目的】分析国内外专利有关形状记忆智能材料的4D打印技术的发展现状。【方法】梳理了该领域的专利申请的技术发展路线。【结果】归纳专利申请量趋势、地域分布、重点申请人、核心专利等技术发展情况。【结论】中国、美国在该技术领域遥遥领先,我国集中于形状记忆合金的4D打印,而国外更偏向于研究形状记忆聚合物的4D打印。未来,我国可以进一步从材料的多样性、打印的精度等方面开展深入研究。 [Purposes]Analyze state of art of development of domestic patents on the technology overview of 4D printing for shape memory materials.[Methods]Combing the technological route of the patent on the technology overview of 4D printing for shape memory.[Findings]This paper summarizes patent ap⁃plication trends in field,regional distributions,key applicants and core patents.[Conclusions]China and the United States,took the lead in the field of technology,and China focused study 4D printing of shape memory alloys,whereas abroad was more focused study 4D printing of shape memory polymers.In the future,China could be further investigate in terms of diversity of materials,precision of printing,and other aspects.
