浅议疟疾消除后口岸输入性疟疾的防控对策

摘要 目的本文从公共卫生风险监测角度,讨论消除疟疾输入引起继发传播的流行病学风险及相关因素,并提出我国疟疾消除后口岸输入性疟疾的防控对策。方法通过梳理《2022年全球疟疾报告》中全球疟疾疫情流行动态以及中国海关科学技术研究中心口岸疟疾疫情监测报告,总结疟疾消除后口岸输入性疟疾风险监测现状。结果口岸输入性疟疾风险监测中存在口岸风险监测不及时、监测能力不足的问题。结论通过以科技化手段提升口岸风险监测能力,探索建立入境人员健康长效监测机制加大国际旅行重点人群防治宣传力度优化口岸输入性疟疾风险监测。 Objective From the perspective of public health risk monitoring,this paper discusses the epidemiological risk and related factors of eliminating the secondary transmission caused by imported malaria,and puts forward the prevention and control measures of imported malaria at ports after malaria elimination.Methods The status quo of imported malaria risk monitoring at ports after malaria elimination was summarized by combing the global malaria epidemic situation in the“Global Malaria Report 2022”and the port malaria epidemic monitoring reports of PROSAS system of the General Administration of Customs and Science and Technology Research Center of China Customs.Results There are some problems in port risk monitoring of imported malaria,such as not timely monitoring and insufficient monitoring capacity.Conclusions To improve the port risk monitoring ability by scientific and technological means,explore the establishment of long-term health monitoring mechanism for inbound travelers,strengthen the prevention and control publicity of key international travel groups and optimize the risk monitoring of imported malaria at ports.
