境外疟疾输入是全球疟疾控制的一个重要问题,也是中国疟疾控制工作面临的重大挑战。本文通过梳理全球疟疾流行状况和中国的疟疾控制现状,分析了境外疟疾输入的风险因素和危害,探讨了当前疟疾防控策略和措施的不足之处,提出了加强预警监测、完善防控体系、加强国际合作等对策,为境外疟疾输入的风险评估和防控提供参考。

The global malaria control of imported malaria is a significant concern,and a major obstacle for malaria control in China.This paper examines the global malaria situation,the current state of malaria control in China,the risks and harms of imported malaria,the inadequacies of existing malaria prevention and control strategies and measures,and more proposing countermeasures,such as augmenting early warning and surveillance,enhancing prevention and control systems,and intensifying international collaboration,and offers references for risk assessment and the prevention and control of imported malaria.
