摘要 某公司20000 t·a-1无水氟化氢装置采用萤石-硫酸法产AHF。以上述装置为研究对象,利用烟道气余热加热精馏塔塔釜物料,降低了精馏塔蒸汽用量,采用换热效果更好的连续螺旋折流板换热器,降低了产品电耗,同时分析了降低装置能耗的其他控制措施,对于降低产品能耗、提升产品竞争力具有重要的指导意义。 20000 t·a-1 Anhydrous hydrogen fluoride unit of a company uses the fluorite-sulfuric acid method to produce AHF.Taking the above device as the research object,the waste heat of the flue gas is used to heat the materials of the distillation tower to reduce the steam consumption of the distillation tower.Continuous spiral baffle heat exchanger with better heat exchange effect was used to reduce the power consumption of the product,at the same time,other control measures to reduce the energy consumption of the device were analyzed,which had important guiding significance for reducing the energy consumption of the product and improving the competitiveness of the product.
