虚拟电厂是高比例可再生能源电力系统的重要灵活性调节资源,近期国内多地虚拟电厂市场交易初见成效。聚焦国内已开展的虚拟电厂市场,从准入条件、报价与出清、结算等方面对比了各地虚拟电厂参与调峰、调频、需求响应等品种交易的市场机制,结合典型案例和现阶段虚拟电厂市场机制建设现状,提出了虚拟电厂从辅助服务市场向现货市场转化的建议,建立以日前邀约方式将现货价格传导至虚拟电厂的可行市场机制。
Virtual power plants are essential flexibility regulating resources for high proportion renewable energy power systems.Recently,the market trading of virtual power plants in many places in China has achieved initial success.This article focuses on the virtual power plant market that has been developed in China,and compares the market mechanism of virtual power plants participating in peak regulation,frequency regulation,demand response and other varieties of trading from the aspects of access conditions,quotation and clearing,settlement and so on.Combined with typical cases and current status of virtual power plant market mechanism construction,the proposal of transforming virtual power plants from auxiliary service market to spot market is put forward,and a feasible market mechanism for transmitting spot price to virtual power plants by way of prior invitation is established.
