摘要
以某1000 MW机组润滑油系统为研究对象,根据主辅油泵、管路、蓄能器、阀门及轴承等元件的特征方程及设计参数,建立了汽轮机润滑油系统的动态仿真模型,结合试验数据对上述模型进行稳态工况标定,验证仿真模型的可靠性。利用稳态模型数据进行系统动态仿真试验,分别分析了不同工况条件下润滑油系统启动、主副油泵切换及滤网故障过程中润滑油系统各节点的压力和流量变化,以定量的手段获得了不同工况条件下系统参数变化规律。结果表明:仿真模型具有较好的仿真精度,仿真数据与试验数据基本一致,仿真模型的计算精度满足系统设计要求,能够为大功率高参数汽轮机组润滑系统的设计和机组安全运行提供一定的参考。
Taking the lubrication system of a new 1000MW unit as an example,a dynamic simulation model of steam turbine lubricating oil system is established according to the characteristic equations and design parameters of main and auxiliary oil pumps,pipelines,accumulators,valves,bearings and other components.Based on test data,steady-state condition calibration is carried out for the model above to verify the reliability of the simulation model.The steady-state model data are used to conduct system dynamic simulation test,and the pressure and flow changes of each node of the lubricating oil system are analyzed respectively under difierent working conditions during the startup,the switching of the main and auxiliary oil pumps and the failure of the filter screen of the lubricating oil system.And the variation rules of system parameters under different working conditions are obtained by quantitative means.The results show that the simulation model has high simulation accuracy,the simulation data are basically consistent with the test data,and the calculation accuracy of the simulation model can meet the requirements of the system design which can provide certain reference for the design of high power and high parameter turbine unit lubrication system and the safe operation of turbine unit.
