摘要
提出N263-异辛醇-磺化煤油体系从某白钨矿碳酸钠高压浸出液中萃取钨钼的新方法,探究了有机相组成、相比、混合时间等因素对钨钼萃取的影响,考察了反萃剂浓度和氨水加入量的影响,并进行了多级逆流萃取-洗涤-反萃试验。结果表明,采用50%N263+20%异辛醇+30%磺化煤油体系能有效萃取钨钼,并分离磷、硅等杂质。通过6级逆流萃取—4级洗涤—10级反萃,钨钼萃取率均可达到90%以上,所产生的反萃液除钼外其他杂质均符合制取零级仲钨酸铵的要求。
A new method of extracting tungsten and molybdenum from sodium carbonate high pressure leaching solution of scheelite by N263 isooctanol sulfonated kerosene system was proposed.The effects of organic phase composition,comparison,reaction time and other factors on tungsten and molybdenum extraction were investigated,and the effects of the concentration of backstripping agent and the amount of ammonia were explored.A multistage countercurrent extraction-washing-back extraction experiment was conducted.The results show that tungsten and molybdenum can be extracted effectively by 50%N263+20%iso octanol+30%sulfonated kerosene,and impurities such as phosphorus and silicon can be separated.Through 6 stage countercurrent extraction-4 stage washing-10 stage stripping,the extraction rate of tungsten and molybdenum can reach more than 90%.The impurities other than molybdenum in the stripping solution meet the requirements for preparing zero grade ammonium paratungstate.
