基于知识图谱的新型城镇化投融资研究热点分析

Research on New Urbanization Investment and Financing Based on Knowledge Map

本文通过知识图谱方法将2002—2021年间有关新型城镇化建设过程中的投融资问题研究可视化处理,并进行聚类分析,将有关研究分为中央政策、地方政府、银行贷款、投融资平台、债券融资、土地融资及其他研究热点聚类,根据不同聚类的研究结论进行一定总结。我国新型城镇化建设融资体系构建存在一些问题,包括投融资主体的政府融资占比过高、融资渠道单一、融资方式传统及投融资过程中相关法律保障不全等不足。文章根据有关研究的不同聚类结果归纳总结,以期为未来研究提供一定的支持。

This article visualizes the research on investment and fi nancing issues in the process of new urbanization construction from 2002 to 2021 using the method of knowledge graph,and conducts cluster analysis.The relevant research is divided into clusters of central policies,local governments,bank loans,investment and fi nancing platforms,bond fi nancing,land fi nancing,and other research hotspots.Based on the research conclusions of diff erent clusters,a certain summary is made.It is concluded that there are some problems in the construction of China's new urbanization construction fi nancing system,including a high proportion of government fi nancing among investment and fi nancing entities,a single fi nancing channel,traditional fi nancing methods,and incomplete legal protection during the investment and financing process.Based on different clustering results of relevant research,this paper summarizes and hope to provide certain support for future research.
