绿色金融赋能中小企业技术创新研究

Research on Green Finance Enabling Technological Innovation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

本文通过研究绿色金融对中小企业技术创新的影响发现,绿色金融通过提高中小企业经营收入、提高环保绩效和降低中小企业承担的风险来影响其技术创新,同时发现与绿色金融和企业创新的相关政策不完善、绿色技术识别困难、绿色金融缺乏创新性产品、绿色技术创新人才缺乏及中小企业缺乏创新的内在动力机制等问题,并针对问题提出了完善绿色金融和企业创新相关法律法规、加强有关部门监管、大力发展绿色信贷、建立绿色信息共享平台、增强中小企业的绿色创新意识和完善人才激励机制的建议。

By studying the impact of green finance on technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises,it is found that green finance affects technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises by improving the operating income of small and medium-sized enterprises,improving environmental protection performance and reducing the risks borne by small and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,it is found that the relevant policies of green fi nance are imperfect,the identifi cation of green technology is diffi cult,the lack of innovative products of green fi nance,green innovative technical talents and internal dynamic mechanism.In view of the problems,the paper puts forward suggestions on improving the laws and regulations related to green fi nance,strengthening the supervision of relevant departments,developing green credit,establishing a green information sharing platform,enhancing the innovation awareness of small and medium-sized enterprises and improving the talent incentive mechanism.
