摘要
随着我国互联网技术的普及和快速发展,电子商务技术应运而生,当前电商技术的应用范围日益广泛。农村电商作为我国农业供给侧结构性改革的重要抓手,是解决农产品销售和流通、促进家庭农场增收的有效途径,积极推广农村电商技术对规范农村电商发展和形成精准扶贫政策有重要的研究意义。本文通过浙大卡特——企研中国涉农研究数据库(CCAD)有关家庭农场的数据,能够清楚地了解当前我国农村电商的发展现状及家庭农场采用行为的差异,分析了采用农村电商对家庭农场营业总收入产生的影响。本文通过有关数据的对比分析发现,农村电商的应用提高了家庭农场采用农村电商的积极性,降低了农产品流通成本,对家庭农场的增收起到了显著作用,通过对现状的梳理与分析,挖掘农村电商目前发展存在的问题,并提出了有关的对策与建议,以供参考。
With the popularization and rapid development of internet technology in China,e-commerce technology has emerged,and the application range of e-commerce technology is becoming increasingly widespread.Rural e-commerce,as an important lever for China's agricultural supply side structural reform,is an eff ective way to solve the sales and circulation of agricultural products and promote the income increase of family farms.Actively promoting rural e-commerce technology has important research signifi cance for regulating the development of rural e-commerce and forming targeted poverty alleviation policies.This article provides a clear understanding of the current development status of rural e-commerce in China and the diff erences in the adoption behavior of family farms through data from the Zhejiang University Carter Enterprise Research China Agricultural Research Database(CCAD),and analyzes the impact of adopting rural e-commerce on the total operating income of family farms.Through comparative analysis of relevant data,it is found that the application of rural e-commerce has increased the enthusiasm of family farms to adopt rural e-commerce,reduced the cost of agricultural product circulation,and played a signifi cant role in increasing income for family farms.Through sorting and analyzing the current situation,this paper explores problems in the development of rural e-commerce,and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions for reference.
