摘要
针对具有高抗冲性能、高透明性、工程应用广泛的芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC)展开了综述,梳理了PC制备方法,系统分析了PC制备工艺、分子量及其分布、长链支化结构对性能的影响规律与作用机制,基于研究现状提出了PC选材方向。PC凭借其性能优势正逐步应用于航空航天等高端工业领域,详细介绍了PC作为航空透明件材料的性能特点,简述了国外战斗机单层和复合PC座舱盖应用现状,提出了我国PC一体化注射成型座舱盖的发展新趋势。
Aromatic polycarbonate(PC)with high impact resistance,high transparency and wide engineering application was reviewed.The preparation methods of PC were summarized.The regulation and mechanisms of PC preparation process,molecular weight and its distribution,long-chain branching structure on performance were systematically analyzed.Based on the research status,the direction of PC material selection was proposed.Polycarbonate is gradually applied to high-end industrial fields such as aerospace due to its performance advantages.The performance characteristics of PC as an aviation transparent material was introduced in detail.The application status of single-layer and composite PC cockpit covers of foreign fighters was briefly described,and the new development trend of PC integrated injection molding cockpit covers in China was proposed.
