基于空间句法的住区户外活动空间位置适宜性研究

Research on location suitability of outdoor activity space in residential areas based on space syntax

在快节奏生活的今天,住区是日常生活的主要空间,承载着居民必不可少的生活、社交、娱乐等活动。而住区内的户外活动空间更是大多数居民进行社交活动的重要场所。为探究其位置对居民日常活动的影响,选取4个人口稳定、结构完善、活动场地功能相近天津既有住区内的活动空间为研究样本,运用空间句法,从住区空间的全局整合度、可理解度和视觉整合度出发,利用Depthmap软件分析,探寻利于居民活动使用的住区户外活动空间位置,进而提出更合理的住区户外活动空间布置策略,为既有住区活动空间更新和未来住区活动空间设计提供参考。

In today’s fast-paced life,residential areas are the main space of residents’daily life,carrying essential ac⁃tivities such as life,social contact and entertainment.The outdoor activity space in the residential area is an important place for most residents to carry out social activities.In order to explore the influence of its location on Residents’daily activities,four activity spaces in Tianjin’s existing residential areas with stable population,perfect structure and similar function of activity sites were selected as research samples.Using Space syntax and starting from the global integration degree,comprehensibility degree and visual integration degree of residential space,we chose Depthmap software to ana⁃lyze the outdoor activity space in the residential area.This paper proposes a more reasonable space layout strategy for outdoor activities in residential areas,which can provide reference for the renewal of existing residential activity space and the design of future residential activity space.
