摘要
采用两步法合成新型可见光驱动的PW_(12)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)复合材料,利用XRD、SEM、TEM、IR、EDX表征技术对复合材料进行物理和光学性质的分析,并以亚甲基蓝(MB)为模拟污染物对其催化剂活性进行测试。实验结果显示,与纯Bi_(2)WO_(6)相比,引入PW_(12)的催化剂光催化活性显著提升。当m(PW_(12))/m(Bi_(2)WO_(6))=2∶8、复合催化剂煅烧温度为400℃、MB浓度为10 mg/L、复合催化剂投加量为0.1 g时,PW_(12)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)的光催化活性最佳,光照1.5 h后对MB的去除率达90.87%,2 h后可达99.71%。
A new type of visible light driven PW_(12)/Bi_(2)WO_(6) composite was synthesized by two-step method.XRD,SEM,TEM,IR,EDX characterization techniques were used to analyze the physical and optical properties of the composite,and methylene blue(MB)was used as a simulated pollutant to test the activity of the catalyst.Compared with pure Bi_(2)WO_(6),the photocatalytic activity of catalyst PW_(12) was significantly improved.When m(PW_(12))/m(Bi_(2)WO_(6))=2∶8,the cal⁃cination temperature of the composite catalyst was 400℃,the concentration of MB was 10 mg/L,and the dosage of the composite catalyst was 0.1 g,the photocatalytic activity of PW_(12)/Bi_(2)WO_(6) was the best.The removal rate of MB was 90.87%after 1.5 hours of illumination,and 99.71%after 2 hours.
