体面劳动是马克思主义的重要内容。新中国成立后,采用政治干预手段实现着劳动者的体面和光荣,但这种体面与光荣并非以生产力的极大发展为基础。随着转型期的进入,经济快速发展,工、农两大阶级和知识分子群体均出现了分化,社会新阶层出现,建国初劳动者的体面光鲜已不在,体面劳动出现异化现象。在社会主义发展的新时期,要想真正实现劳动者的体面劳动,国家政策的保障、社会环境的营造、劳动者个人素质的提高都是必不可少的因素,只有这样,劳动者的尊严才能得以保障,也才能形成和谐健康的社会主义劳动关系。

Decent work is an important part of Marxism.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,it tried its best to realize the dignity and honor of the workers,but this dignity was based on political intervention,not on the great development of productive forces.With the entry of the transition period and the rapid economic development,the two major classes of workers and peasants,as well as intellectual groups,have been differentiated,and new social strata have emerged.In the new era of socialist development,in order to truly realize decent work for workers,the guarantee of national policies,the creation of social environment,and the improvement of workers'personal qualities are all essential factors.Only in this way can workers'dignity be strengthened.Only by being guaranteed,can a harmonious and healthy socialist labor relationship be formed.
