教育与国家、民族和个体的发展紧密相关。学校作为承载教育功能的最核心场所,其未来存在形态和模式一直是各国政府、教育从业者和学者共同关注的热门话题。文章首先对“未来学校”进行了主题界定和文献综述,直观呈现“未来学校”相关研究的主要领域和演化路径。随后,以梳理、分类与总结国内外相关案例为基础,进一步分析明确了“未来学校”的发展方向。最后,文章提出“未来学校”发展框架,内容主要包括科技驱动、时空重构、模式再造、角色转换和目标提升5个方面,保障措施主要为政策保障和财力保障。文章旨在为“未来学校”的发展及研究提供一定理论借鉴和实践参考。

The rise and fall of education is often related to the fate of the country,nation and individual.As the most core place of carrying the educational function,the school's future existence form and mode has always been a hot topic concerned by governments,educational practitioners and scholars.Firstly,this paper defines the research topic,summarizes the literature and presents the main research fields and evolution path.Then,based on combing,classifying and summarizing relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper further analyzes and defines the development direction of"future school"combined with specific cases.At last,this paper puts forward the framework of future school's development,which mainly includes five aspects:Technology driven,space-time reconstruction,model reengineering,role transformation and target promotion.The guarantee measures include two aspects:policy and financial resources.This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical reference for the development and research of future school.
