后疫情时代高校毕业生高质量就业问题研究

后疫情时代,高校毕业生就业形势愈发严峻,疫情冲击对高校毕业生的期待行业和期待岗位带来较大影响,引发出现了“懒就业”“缓就业”“慢就业”等突出问题。如何提高高校毕业生的就业能力,实现高质量就业,已成为社会广泛关注的问题,更是高校就业工作急需解决的问题。通过分析后疫情时代高校毕业生就业现状和高质量就业的重要意义,提出了要引导树立正确的就业价值观念、助力提升择业就业能力、全面优化就业服务保障等路径实现高校毕业生的高质量就业。

In the post epidemic era,the employment situation of college graduates has become more and more severe.The impact of the epidemic situation has a great impact on the expected industries and expected jobs of college graduates,leading to the emergence of"lazy employment"slow employment""delayed employment"and other prominent problems.How to improve the employability of college graduates and achieve high-quality employment has become a widespread concern of the society,but also an urgent problem to be solved in college employment.By analyzing the employment status of college graduates in the post epidemic era and the importance of high-quality employment,this paper puts forward that we should guide the establishment of correct employment values,help enhance the ability to choose jobs and employment,and comprehensively optimize employment service guarantee to achieve high-quality employment of college graduates.
