摘要
为不断提高人才培养质量,按照工程教育认证及新工科建设提出的相关要求,分析了当前地方高校工程训练在体制机制等方面存在的问题,并实施相应改革。参照教学单位管理模式运行工程训练中心,取代坐班制考勤管理模式。拓展新工科实训平台,满足不同专业学生的差异化训练需求。围绕能够支撑毕业要求相关指标点的实训课程目标,健全工训教学质量评价体系等。改革实践结果表明,工程训练教育教学质量和师生满意度明显提高,工程训练中心的建设成效显著。
In order to continuously improve the quality of talent training,according to the requirements of engineering education certification and new engineering construction,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the system and mechanism of engineering training in local colleges and universities,and implements corresponding reforms.The engineering training center should be run according to the teaching unit management mode,instead of the attendance management mode.The new engineering training platform has been expanded to meet the differentiated training needs of students of different majors.Centering on the practical training course target which can support the graduation requirement related index points,the evaluation system of the teaching quality of industrial training should be improved.The results of the reform practice show that the teaching quality of engineering training education and the satisfaction of teachers and students have been improved significantly,and the construction of engineering training center has achieved remarkable results.
