基于三方演化博弈的物流产业联盟协同创新机制研究

Research on Collaborative Innovation Mechanism of Logistics Industry Alliance Based on Tripartite Evolutionary Game

自从2018年中国电商物流产业联盟成立开始,各地也开始成立自己的物流产业联盟,甚至各地区之间也产生了一些跨区域的物流产业联盟,吸取跨境物流联盟的优势,打造国内的物流产业联盟。文章主要对加入物流产业联盟的企业与联盟本身,以及政府直接或间接加入联盟的协同创新来进行三方演化博弈,并分析协同创新机制下三方各自在不同选择下的收益,并使用三方演化博弈模型对物流产业联盟协同创新各个状态下收益进行分析。同时政府颁布优惠政策积极影响联盟,并激励资金支持联盟,以政府、联盟、企业三方构建了三方演化博弈模型对是否进行协同创新三方产生的收益进行了研究。

Since the establishment of China's e-commerce logistics industry alliance in 2018,various regions have also begun to establish their own logistics industry alliances,and even some cross regional logistics industry alliances have been created among various regions.The advantages of cross-border logistics alliances have been absorbed to create domestic logistics industry alliances.In this paper,the three-party evolutionary game is mainly carried out for the enterprises that join the logistics industry alliance and the alliance itself,as well as the collaborative innovation that the government directly or indirectly joins the alliance,and the benefits of the three parties under different choices under the new mechanism of collaborative innovation are analyzed.This paper uses the three-party evolutionary game model to analyze the benefits of collaborative innovation of logistics industry alliance in various states.In this paper,the government also promulgates preferential policies to positively influence the alliance,and encourages funds to support the alliance.A three-party evolutionary game model is constructed by the government,the alliance and the enterprise to study whether to carry out collaborative innovation.
