产学研视角下智慧物流人才培养模式初探

Study on the Training Mode of Intelligent Logistics Talents from the Perspective of Industry,University and Research

伴随着国家的呼吁和社会的发展,智慧物流与产学研环境相结合,针对新环境,智慧物流的人才培养需要做出一些改变,才能让高校毕业的学生快速适应产学研环境,完成智慧物流的相关工作。文章学习国外先进经验,针对国内现有弊端,提出了一种新的培养模式。在该模式下,可以培养出产学研环境下智慧物流的创新性、发展性人才。

With the appeal of the country and the development of society,smart logistics is combined with the industry,university and research environment.In view of the new environment,the talent training of smart logistics needs to make some changes,so that the graduates of colleges and universities can quickly adapt to the industry,university and research environment and complete the related work of smart logistics.This paper studies the advanced experience of foreign countries,and puts forward a new training mode in view of the existing drawbacks in China.Under this mode,innovation and developmental talents of intelligent logistics in the environment of production,learning and research can be cultivated.
