后疫情时代背景下提升物流企业员工个体角色绩效研究

摘要 在疫情的冲击下,物流企业面临着日益严峻的挑战,愈加意识到人才的重要性。物流企业要想在后疫情时代背景下实现预期战略目标,必须高度重视员工的个人价值。文章采用问卷调查法,以529名物流企业员工为调查对象,实证研究了物流企业员工心理韧性与其个体角色绩效的关系,重点探究了自我效能感的中介作用和社会支持的调节作用。研究结果对后疫情时代背景下提升物流企业员工的个体角色绩效具有现实意义。 Under the impact of the epidemic,logistics enterprises are facing increasingly severe challenges,and are becoming more aware of the importance of talents.In order to achieve the expected strategic goals in the post-pandemic era,logistics companies must attach great importance to the personal value of employees.Using the questionnaire survey method,this paper takes 529 logistics enterprise employees as the survey object,and empirically studies the relationship between the psychological toughness of logistics enterprise employees and their individual role performance,and focuses on the mediating role of self-efficacy and the moderating role of social support.The research results have practical significance for improving the individual role performance of logistics enterprise employees in the post-pandemic era.
