智慧物流背景下河南省物流人才需求特征分析

Demand Characteristics Analysis of Logistics Talents in Henan Province under the Background of Intelligent Logistics

为适应河南省智慧物流发展的需要和促进河南省现代物流业的发展,文章针对目前智慧物流背景下严重缺乏拥有现代物流经营理念的高级复合型物流人才,特别是智慧物流人才这一制约河南省现代物流业发展的瓶颈,从河南省发展智慧物流的大环境出发,分析智慧物流的核心技术、智慧物流岗位对物流人才的需求层次及特征,进而为制定河南省物流人才培养对策指明方向。研究成果将对进一步研究面向智慧物流发展需要的河南省物流人才培养对策提供现实指导意义。

In order to meet the needs of the development of intelligent logistics in Henan Province and promote the development of modern logistics industry in Henan Province,this paper analyzes the key technologies of intelligent logistics and the demand level and characteristics of logistics talents for intelligent logistics positions in Henan Province in view of the serious lack of senior composite logistics talents with modern logistics business concepts under the current background of intelligent logistics,especially the bottleneck that restricts the development of modern logistics industry in Henan Province,starting from the general environment of the development of intelligent logistics in Henan Province,and then points out the direction for formulating countermeasures for the training of logistics talents in Henan Province.The research results will provide practical guiding significance for further research on the countermeasures for the training of logistics talents in Henan Province for the development of intelligent logistics.
