区块链技术助推甘肃省乡村治理发展研究

Research on Block-chain Technology Boosting Rural Governance Development in Gansu Province

采用熵值法从乡村政务管理、乡村社会服务、乡村生态环境和乡村社会保障四个方面对甘肃省乡村治理发展状况进行综合评价,分析了甘肃乡村治理发展现状与区块链技术助推甘肃省乡村治理发展的困境。结果表明:甘肃省乡村治理效果显著但数字化程度较低;区块链技术在助推甘肃省乡村治理发展中存在信息基础设施建设不完善、软硬件开发难度大、技术性人才短缺、技术应用成本高等问题。根据研究结论,从加大资金投入、鼓励软硬件研发、技术人才引进、减低技术成本等方面提出对策建议。

The entropy method is used to comprehensively evaluate the development of rural governance in Gansu Province from four aspects:Rural government management,rural social services,rural ecological environment and rural social security.The current situation of rural governance development in Gansu Province and the dilemma of block-chain technology to promote rural governance development in Gansu Province are analyzed.The results show that:The effect of rural governance in Gansu Province is significant but the degree of digitization is low;there are problems such as imperfect information infrastructure construction,difficulty in software and hardware development,shortage of technical talents,and high cost of technology application in the development of rural governance in Gansu Province by block-chain technology.According to the research conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of increasing capital investment,encouraging software and hardware research and development,introducing technical talents,and reducing technology costs.
