摘要
物流管理专业教学团队的建设质量直接影响到人才培养的质量、服务地方经济与区域发展的能力、团队成员的自身发展等方面,文章基于“服务地方产业效果、服务企业效能、团队教学资源建设与利用效率”的“三效指标”及“国际化影响力、团队构建专业化、团队培育培养过程标准化、团队建设品牌化、成果社会化”的“五化指标”科学制定物流管理专业教学团队建设质量评价体系,并开展相关研究,力求服务于团队建设、专业建设、人才培养、社会服务能力等。
The construction quality of logistics management professional teaching team directly affects the quality of talent training,the ability to serve local economy and regional development,and the self-development of team members.This article is based on the effect of"serve the local industry,services,enterprise performance,team construction and teaching resources use efficiency,the influence of internationalization,specialization of team building,team to foster the process standardization,team building the brand,the production socialization",etc.,science to develop logistics management professional teaching team construction quality evaluation system,and carry out related research,strive to serve the team building,professional construction,personnel training,social service ability and other aspects.
