青岛特钢1^(#)高炉配加高比例水熄焦生产实践

摘要 青岛特钢1^(#)高炉配加30%外购水熄焦,由于外购焦炭水分波动较大,配加外购焦炭后,风量萎缩,燃料消耗升高,炉缸活跃性降低。1^(#)高炉通过调整送风制度、装料制度、热制度,在2021年12月配加80%外购水熄焦的情况下,炉况顺行良好,燃料消耗也得到了一定的控制。 In September 2021,Qingdao Special Steel No.1 blast furnace was supplemented with 30%outsourced water quenching coke.Due to the large fluctuation of water content of outsourced coke,the air volume shrank,fuel consumption is increased and the activity of furnace cylinder decreased after the addition of outsourced coke.By adjusting the air supply system,charging system and heat system,the No.1 blast furnace is in good condition and the fuel consumption is controlled to a certain extent under the condition that 80%of the imported water quenching coke is added in December 2021.
