摘要
采用硝酸银高纯试剂为原料,使用电位滴定法,研制出硝酸银滴定分析用水溶液标准物质。以测量值为标准值,可溯源至氯化钠纯度标准物质。特性值的标准不确定度由溶液定值过程、溶液标准物质不均匀性、溶液标准物质不稳定性引入的不确定度等合成。分析结果表明,研制的标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性,并通过与国家标准品量值比对,验证了定值结果的准确性。
In this paper,using silver nitrate high purity reagent as raw material,using potentiometric titration method,the solution standard material of silver nitrate titration analysis water was developed.With the measured value as the standard value,it can be traced to the purity of sodium chloride standard material.The standard uncertainty of the characteristic value is synthesized by the process of solution setting,the inhomogeneity of the reference material and the uncertainty introduced by the instability of the reference material.The results show that the developed reference materials have good uniformity and stability.By comparing with the national standard value,the accuracy of the fixed value is verified.
