山钢日照公司500m^(2)烧结机高效生产的技术措施

摘要 山钢日照公司500m^(2)烧结机存在烧结机台车故障频发、头部星轮同步传动功能精度失效、台车料面布料质量波动大等问题。通过采取大型烧结机跑偏调整新技术、引进新型一体式台车轮、优化改进大宽面烧结布料系统、联动优化热矿溜槽红矿布料系统、系统治理烧结机漏风等技术措施,实现了烧结机年度2h以上的故障停机次数为零的目标,烧结矿转鼓指数提高到81%以上,满足了生产主线高达97%~98%的作业率要求;降低了年度备件综合采购成本,年创造经济效益>800万元;改善了烧结机机旁环境,烧结工序漏风率降低了约10%,工序电耗每小时降低约500kW·h。 The 500 m^(2) sintering machine of Rizhao Branch of Shandong Steel Group has many problems,such as frequent faults of sintering pallet,failure of head star wheel synchronous transmission function precision,large fluctuation of material surface quality of sintering pallet.By adopting new technology of large sintering machine deviation adjustment,introducing the new type of integrated wheel,optimizing the large and wide surface sintered fabric system,linking the optimization of hot ore chute distribution system,systematically controlling the air leakage of sintering machine and other technical measures,the goal of annual failure stop times of sintering machine more than 2 hours is achieved,and the sinter drum index is increased to more than 81%.It can meet the main line of production up to 97%-98%operation rate requirements.The annual comprehensive procurement cost of spare parts was reduced,and annual economic benefits of more than 8 million Yuan was created.The environment surrounding the sinter machine is improved,the air leakage rate of the sintering process is reduced by about 10%,and the power consumption of the process is reduced by about 500 kW·h.
