摘要
专业认证是推动高校合理定位,优化培养方案,重构课程体系,持续提升专业人才培养质量的重要举措。而人才培养方案作为学校组织教学和教学管理的依据,是保证教学质量,实现人才培养目标的关键。研究选取8所院校学前教育专业本科培养方案为研究对象,从培养目标、毕业要求、课程设置以及实践教学进行分析,结合学前教育专业认证标准,提出四点建议:全面表述培养目标、详细分解毕业要求、均衡课程设置、完善实践教学体系,为学前教育专业本科阶段人才培养提供借鉴。
Professional certification is an important measure to promote the rational positioning of universities,optimize undergraduate programs,reconstruct the curriculum system,and continuously improve the quality of talent training.The undergraduate program,as the basis for the university to organize teaching and teaching management,is the key to ensure the quality of teaching and achieve the goal of talent training.The study selects the undergraduate programs of preschool education majors in 8 universities as the research objects,analyzes the training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum settings and practical teaching,combined with the preschool education professional certification standards,four suggestions are put forward:comprehensively express the training objectives,break down the graduation requirements in detail,balance the curriculum setting,and improve the practical teaching system,so as to provide reference for the training of talents in the preschool education major.
