摘要
幼小衔接共同体是由幼儿园、小学、家庭、政府及社会有机结合的团体。幼小衔接共同体可以助推幼儿园入学适应教育任务,增强小学“主动衔接”意识,缓解家长入学焦虑,推动国家幼小“科学”衔接政策落地,延续儿童学习成果、促进教育公平。为了实现共同体的价值,学校应组织与管理幼小衔接共同体工作,社会提供幼小衔接共同体专业指导,家长配合构建家园校幼小衔接共育体系,政府领导与保障幼小衔接共同体持续发展。
The early childhood transition community is a group that organically integrates kindergartens,primary schools,families,governments and society.The early childhood transition community can help kindergarten admission to adapt to the task of education,enhance the awareness of"active connection"in primary schools,alleviate parents'anxiety about enrollment,promote the implementation of the national"scientific"linkage policy for young children,continue children's learning outcomes,and promote education equity.In order to realize the value of the community,schools should organize and manage the work of the early childhood transition community,provide professional guidance for the early childhood transition community,parents should cooperate in building a system of connecting children and schools in their homes,and the government should lead and ensure the sustainable development of the early childhood transition community.
