摘要
具身认知理论倡导身心一体论,强调认知、身体以及环境的整体性,为幼儿教育提供了新的理论视角。涉身性、情境性、生成性、动力性作为具身认知理论的基本特点与幼儿园食育具有天然的适切性。基于此,提出推动幼儿园食育的四条路径:调动身心,树立科学的食育理念;基于互动,挖掘生成性的食育内容;创设情景,推进体验性的实施过程;注重方法,探索具身性的指导策略。
Embodied cognitive theory advocates the integration of mind and body,emphasizing the wholeness of cognition,body and environment,which provides a new theoretical perspective for early childhood education.The basic features of embodied cognitive theory,such as body-involving,contextual,generative,and motivational,are naturally relevant to kindergarten food education.Based on this,four paths are proposed to promote kindergarten food education:mobilize the body and mind to establish a scientific concept of food education;explore generative food education content based on interaction;create situations to promote an experiential implementation process;and focus on methods to explore embodied guidance strategies.
