The problems of novice primary school teachers in dealing with home school communication are:lack of effective home school communication experience,applicable home school communication skills,correct home school communication cognition,and appropriate stress management ability.The strategy is to attach importance to the improvement of novice primary school teachers'home school communication ability,psychological management ability and two-way improvement of teachers and parents,so as to help novice primary school teachers strengthen their home school communication ability and promote the construction and development of teachers'professional ability.
