高职医学院校创新创业教育的困境及出路

On the Dilemma and Solutions of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Medical Colleges

国家创新战略在宏观上推动了高职院校创新创业教育的发展,有利于提升高校学生创新创业水平。由于现实条件制约,当前高职医学院校创新创业教育面临主体意识有待增强、教学体系有待调整、师资队伍有待充实、实践平台有待搭建等问题。对此,高职医学院校需要积极引导,更新观念,更新制定政策以增强主体意识、完善课程体系、充实师资队伍、加大资金投入,为创新创业活动打造坚实的实践平台。

The national innovation strategy promotes the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,which is conducive to improving the level of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.Due to the constraints of practical conditions,the current innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational medical colleges faces such problems as the need to strengthen the subject consciousness,the need to adjust the teaching system,the need to enrich the teaching staff,and the need to build a practice platform.In this regard,higher vocational medical colleges need to actively guide the concept,update and formulate policies,enhance the subject consciousness,improve the curriculum system,enrich the teaching staff,increase capital investment,and create a solid practice platform for innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
