摘要 当前,基于课堂教学的高校音乐教育工作已经难以满足社会发展对专业音乐人才的需求。在“人人持证,技能社会”的导向下,多元主体的参与可以为高校音乐教育的开展带来新的视角与思路,对学生等级证书与技能证书的考取、就业竞争力的提升具有关键作用。高校应与不同社会主体加强合作,积极贯彻“人人持证、技能社会”的政策导向,从主体配合、课程建设与队伍建设等层面着手,推动学生全面发展。 At present,the music education in colleges and universities based on classroom teaching has been difficult to meet the needs of social development for professional music talents.Under the guidance of"everyone holds a certificate,a skilled society",the participation of multiple subjects can bring new perspectives and ideas to the development of music education in colleges and universities.effect.Colleges and universities should strengthen cooperation with different social entities,actively implement the policy orientation of"everyone holds a certificate,and a skilled society",and promote the all-round development of students from the aspects of subject cooperation,curriculum construction and team building.
