当前,基于课堂教学的高校音乐教育工作已经难以满足社会发展对专业音乐人才的需求。在“人人持证,技能社会”的导向下,多元主体的参与可以为高校音乐教育的开展带来新的视角与思路,对学生等级证书与技能证书的考取、就业竞争力的提升具有关键作用。高校应与不同社会主体加强合作,积极贯彻“人人持证、技能社会”的政策导向,从主体配合、课程建设与队伍建设等层面着手,推动学生全面发展。
