摘要 百万扩招给高职院校带来新的机遇与挑战,“三教”改革是提高高职人才培养质量的关键。百万扩招和“三教改革”背景下酒店管理与数字化运营专业《人力资源管理》课程存在“双师型”教师比例偏低、新型信息化教材短缺、教师教学理念陈旧等问题,需要打造新型协同育人团队、更新教材内容和形式、革新教育理念和改革教学方式方法。 The million enrollment expansion brings new opportunities and challenges to higher vocational colleges.The reform of"three education"is the key to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of million enrollment expansion and"three education reform",the Human Resources Management Course of the hotel management and digital operation specialty has some problems,such as the low proportion of"double qualified"teachers,teaching materials emphasizing theory over practice,and teachers'teaching concepts are outdated.It is necessary to create a new collaborative education team,update the content and form of teaching materials,reform the education concepts and reform the teaching methods.
