The million enrollment expansion brings new opportunities and challenges to higher vocational colleges.The reform of"three education"is the key to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of million enrollment expansion and"three education reform",the Human Resources Management Course of the hotel management and digital operation specialty has some problems,such as the low proportion of"double qualified"teachers,teaching materials emphasizing theory over practice,and teachers'teaching concepts are outdated.It is necessary to create a new collaborative education team,update the content and form of teaching materials,reform the education concepts and reform the teaching methods.
