高职院校产教融合创新的有效途径研究

Research on Effective Ways of Innovative Integration of Production and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

产教融合已成为解决高职教育人才培养同产业人才需求的矛盾和提升教育教学质量的重要方式。从产教融合机制、教育管理模式、人才培养模式、师资培养等方面入手,对高职院校产教融合存在的问题进行梳理分析,提出产教融合创新的有效途径,以切实提升技术技能人才的培养质量。

The integration of production and education becomes an important way to improve education quality and to solve the problems between of vocational college education and industrial personnel demand.Starting from the integration mechanism of production and education,education management mode,student and faculty training mode,etc.this paper analyzes existing problems and proposes effective ways to improve education quality of technical and skilled personnel.
