几种酶在马蹄莲软腐病抗性机制中的作用研究

摘要 马蹄莲作为具有较高观赏价值的花卉发展前景深远,然而马蹄莲软腐病使其始终不能规模化种植。以彩色和白色马蹄莲不同成熟度叶片作为实验材料,测定其多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶等活性,分析了这种植物的抗病机理。结果表明:在马蹄莲抗性机制中果胶酶和纤维素酶是马蹄莲软腐病致病的主要因素之一,过氧化物酶可抑制软腐细菌增殖;此外,植株中的多酚氧化酶可抑制侵染。此研究所得结论可为实践中人类培育马蹄莲抗性品种提供借鉴。 Zantedeschia aethiopica has a promising future as a flower with high ornamental value,however,the soft rot disease of Zantedeschia aethiopica has always prevented it from being grown on a large scale.In this study,using colored and white Zantedeschia aethiopica leaves at different maturity levels as experimental materials,the resistance mechanism of Zantedeschia aethiopica by measuring the enzymatic activities of polyphenol oxidase,peroxidase,cellulase and pectinase in healthy and diseased plants are determined.It was shown that pectinase and cellulase were among the main factors in the resistance mechanism of Zantedeschia aethiopica to soft rot disease.Peroxidase played a role in inhibiting the proliferation of soft rot bacteria,and polyphenol oxidase played a role in inhibiting the infestation.These results provide a basis for further research on cultivating resistant varieties of Zantedeschia aethiopica.
