摘要
以金叶女贞与鸦胆子为试材,探究了其土壤重金属污染下的光合特性,为土壤重金属污染地区绿化植物的选择提供理论依据,并为土壤重金属污染地的植物修复提供一定的参考。结果表明:土壤重金属污染对叶女贞叶绿素a含量的影响大于叶绿素b,在鸦胆子中表现为对叶绿素b的影响大于叶绿素a;鸦胆子在光合色素含量、净光合速率与表观量子效率指标上均高于金叶女贞,表明其更能适应土壤重金属污染;金叶女贞与鸦胆子净光合速率与蒸腾速率、气孔导度之间存在正相关,与胞间CO_(2)浓度存在负相关,非气孔因素是限制两者光合作用的重要原因。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Ligustrum×vicaryi Rehder and Brucea javanica under heavy metal pollution in soil were explored,which provided a theoretical basis for the selection of greening plants in heavy metal contaminated soil areas and provided a certain reference for phytoremediation in heavy metal contaminated soil areas.The results showed that the influence of heavy metal pollution on chlorophyll a content of Ligustrum×vicaryi Rehder was greater than that of chlorophyll b.In Brucea javanica,the effect on chlorophyll b is greater than that on chlorophyll a.The photosynthetic pigment content,net photosynthetic rate and apparent quantum efficiency of Brucea javanica were higher than those of Ligustrum×vicaryi Rehder,indicating that Brucea javanica was more suitable for heavy metal pollution in soil.There was a positive correlation between the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate,stomatal conductance of Ligustrum×vicaryi Rehder and Brucea javanica,and a negative correlation with intercellular CO_(2)concentration.Non-stomatal factors were the important reasons that limited their photosynthesis.
