不同海拔杜仲叶功效成分分析及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:4

Effective components analysis of leaves of Eucommia ulmoides at different altitudes and their antioxidant activity

摘要 目的:研究不同海拔杜仲叶功能成分的差异性并评价其体外抗氧化活性,旨在选择适宜的种植区域,改善杜仲叶功效品质,满足其高质量发展需求。方法:针对灵宝、卢氏两地8个不同海拔杜仲叶中5种活性成分开展分析检测,并进一步评价其DPPH·自由基清除率及总还原能力。结果:不同海拔杜仲叶活性成分差异性较大,总黄酮含量介于18.56~174.76 mg/g之间,绿原酸含量介于1.71~28.22 mg/g之间,总多酚含量介于49.96~176.32 mg/g之间,京尼平苷酸含量介于0.174~5.95 mg/g之间,桃叶珊瑚苷含量介于0~24.88 mg/g,除桃叶珊瑚苷外其他活性成分均在610 m海拔处含量最高,桃叶珊瑚苷在931 m处最高。海拔610 m处杜仲叶DPPH·清除率和总还原能力均为最高,与抗氧化功能相关性较高的物质主要为总黄酮、绿原酸、总多酚,且均为正相关。结论:海拔高度对杜仲叶活性成分的合成和积累具有显著影响,综合考虑610 m海拔处的杜仲叶各活性成分含量和抗氧化活性相对较高,可以作为理想抗氧化原料开发使用。 Objective:in order to select suitable planting areas,improve the efficacy and quality of Eucommia ulmoides leaves and meet the needs of high-quality development,the differences of functional components of leaves of Eucommia ulmoides at different altitudes was studied and their antioxidant activity in vitro was evaluated.Methods:five active components in leaves of Eucommia ulmoides at 8 different altitudes in Lingbao and Lushi were analyzed,and their DPPH·free radical scavenging rate and total reducing ability were further evaluated.Results:there were great differences in the active components of leaves of Eucommia ulmoides at different altitudes.The contents of total flavonoids ranged between 18.56~174.76 mg/g,chlorogenic acid 1.71~28.22 mg/g,total polyphenols 49.96~176.32 mg/g,geniposide 0.174~5.95 mg/g,aucubin 0~24.88 mg/g.The contents of other active components were the highest in the leaves at 610 m altitude and aucubin was the highest in the leaves at 931 m altitude.The DPPH·clearance rate and total reduction capacity of Eucommia ulmoides leaves at 610 m above sea level were the highest.The substances with high correlation with antioxidant function were mainly total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid and total polyphenols,which were positively correlated.Conclusion:altitude had significant effect on the synthesis and accumulation of active components in Eucommia ulmoides leaves.Considering that the content and antioxidant activity of active components in leaves of Eucommia ulmoides at 610 m altitude are relatively high,they can be used as an ideal antioxidant raw material.
