饲料桑加工工艺、生物学活性及对动物生产应用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 桑叶作为一种重要的药食同源植物资源,具有无残留、无耐药性、毒副作用低和多功能等特点;富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素和矿物质等营养成分,具有降血脂、降胆固醇、抗氧化等生物学功能,在动物生产中有广阔的应用前景。另外,桑叶的加工形式多样,不同的加工工艺使饲料桑产生不同的饲用效果。寻求更合理的加工工艺提高饲料桑作为饲料原料的利用效果是目前饲料桑资源开发利用的重要研究方向。文章综述了饲料桑的加工工艺、生物学活性及其在动物生产上的作用,并提出存在问题及开发应用前景,旨在为桑叶的作用机制及开发利用提供参考。 As an important medicinal and edible plant resource,mulberry leaves have the characteristics of no residue,no drug resistance,low toxicity and multi-function.Rich in protein,carbohydrates,vita⁃mins and minerals and other nutrients,it has biological functions such as lowering blood lipids,cholester⁃ol and antioxidant,and has broad application prospects in animal production.In addition,the processing forms of mulberry leaves are diversified,and different processing technologies make feed mulberry play different feeding effects.Seeking more reasonable processing technology to improve the utilization effect of feed mulberry as feed raw material is an important research direction in the development and utiliza⁃tion of feed mulberry resources.In this paper,the processing technology,biological activities and func⁃tions of forage mulberry in animal production were reviewed,and the existing problems and application prospects were put forward,so as to provide reference for the research,development and utilization of the mechanism of action of mulberry leaves.
