蒲公英根提取物体外抑菌及在白羽肉鸡临床应用的研究

摘要 为了探讨蒲公英根提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及沙门氏菌标准菌株及临床分离株的体外抗菌活性,及其对白羽肉鸡生长性能、血清抗体及粪便中菌群数量的影响,设计了抑菌试验和饲喂试验。选取1日龄健康AA白羽肉仔鸡240只(公母各半),采用完全随机试验设计随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加蒲公英根提取物0.02%、0.04%和0.1%,试验期42 d,测定肉鸡生长性能、血清抗体及粪便中菌群数量等指标。结果表明:蒲公英根提取物对试验菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值为64~128 mg/L。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组粪便中有害菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),粪便中乳酸菌数量无显著差异;随着蒲公英根提取物添加量的增加,肉鸡生长性能持续增强,试验Ⅲ组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。说明蒲公英根提取物对鸡肠道病原菌具有一定的抑制作用,对肠道益生菌无影响,且对白羽肉鸡的生长性能具有一定的促进作用。 The objective of the trial was to explore dandelion root extract in vitro antibacterial activi⁃ty of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Salmonella from standard strains and clinical iso⁃lates.And the effects on growth performance,se⁃rum antibodies and fecal flora of white feathered broilers,antibacterial tests and feeding tests were de⁃signed.A total of 240 one-day-old healthy AA white-feathered broilers(half male and half female)were randomly divided into 4 groups by a completely randomized experimental design.Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in trial groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere fed the basal diet supple⁃mented with 0.02%,0.04%and 0.1%of dandelion root extract,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.And growth performance,serum antibody and fecal flora of broilers were measured.The results showed that the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration(MIC)value of the test strain was between 64-128 mg/L.The number of harmful bacteria E.coli and Salmonella in the stool of groupⅠ(0.02%),Ⅱ(0.04%)andⅢ(0.1%)were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the number of lactic acid bacteria in the feces had almost no differences among groups.With the increase of additive amount,the growth performance of broilers was significantly enhanced,and the difference between the groupⅢand the control group was significant(P<0.05).This shows that dandelion root extract has a certain inhib⁃itory effect on intestinal pathogens,no effect on intestinal probiotics,and has a certain regulatory effect on the growth performance.
