BIM Technology and EPC general contracting mode are hot spots at present.This paper discusses the policy status and application status of BIM technology and EPC mode in municipal engineering,and analyzes the advantages of applying BIM technology under EPC mode and how to apply it effectively,which can make construction project management more integrated and standardized.The analysis shows that the“BIM+EPC”combination can give full play to their respective advantages,improve the design quality and construction management level,effectively save funds and ensure the project progress.
