摘要
里必煤矿2号总回风巷岩巷掘进工作面因前方遇构造带造成超前钻孔内出现瓦斯,为此采用“注浆封堵+截流抽放”瓦斯治理技术,达到了理想的治理效果。通过在适当位置施工钻孔对构造裂隙带进行帷幕注浆加固岩体破损区域,封堵瓦斯流动通道;再施工钻孔对邻近煤层瓦斯进行节流预抽,减少煤层瓦斯通过裂隙向岩巷掘进工作面涌出。帷幕注浆不仅避免了构造带瓦斯向掘进工作面流动,同时还提高了巷道自身的支撑强度,减少巷道维修量和维修频率,延长永久巷道的使用寿命;节流预抽不仅避免了岩巷掘进施工时瓦斯超限问题,同时为下一步邻近煤层巷道掘进时的瓦斯防治奠定了基础。
The gas appeared in the advance drilling hole of the rock roadway heading face of No.2 general return air roadway in Libi Coal Mine because of the structural belt in front.Therefore,the technology of"grouting plugging+intercepting drainage"was adopted to control the gas,and the ideal gas control effect was achieved.First,the construction boreholes shall be drilled at appropriate positions to conduct curtain grouting on the structural fracture zone to reinforce the damaged rock mass area and block the gas flow channel.Then,the construction boreholes shall be drilled to throttle and pre pump the gas from the adjacent coal seams to reduce the emission of gas from the coal seams to the rock roadway heading face through the cracks.Curtain grouting can not only block the flow of gas from the structural zone to the heading face,but also improve the support strength of the roadway itself,reduce the amount and frequency of roadway maintenance,and extend the service life of the permanent roadway.Throttling pre-drainage not only avoids gas overrun during rock roadway excavation,but also lays a foundation for gas prevention and control during next adjacent coal seam roadway excavation.
