超前注浆加固技术在掘进工作面过破碎带中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 地下井巷工程在掘进期间,受到向斜、断层地质构造及煤层赋底板存条件的影响,构造前后形成集中应力区,煤层处于松软破碎状态,原有锚网支护方式无法有效控制围岩和支护巷道,掘进期间经常出现漏顶现象。针对上述问题,以甘肃某矿为例,通过理论分析、注浆设计、现场试验、支护监测等方法探索增强破碎围岩稳定性及支护效果的措施,提出了超前注浆加固的治理方案。该方案通过超前预注新型的固化材料,改善巷道围岩的力学性质,使锚杆能够有效锚固,同时加大支护密度,进一步提高围岩与锚网支护的整体承载能力,从而防止了冒顶事故的发生,为破碎围岩巷道的安全快速掘进提供了高效、可靠的技术手段。 Under the influence of syncline,fault geological structure and coal seam floor,the concentrated stress zone is formed before and after the construction,and the coal seam is in a soft and broken state.The original bolt-net support method cannot effectively control surrounding rock and supporting roadway,and roof leakage often occurs during the excavation.In view of the above problems,through theoretical analysis,grouting design,field test,support monitoring and other methods to explore the measures to enhance the stability of broken surrounding rock and support effect,put forward the treatment scheme of advance grouting reinforcement.The plan by leading note new solidification material,improve the mechanical properties of surrounding rock of roadway,make effective anchor rod,supporting density increased at the same time,further to enhance the overall carrying capacity of the surrounding rock and the anchor net supporting,thus preventing roof accidents,for crushed surrounding rock of roadway drivage safely and quickly provide efficient,reliable technology.
