摘要
庞庞塔煤矿因规划开采五采区,需提前安装五采区变电所。根据实际需要,从地面35 kV变电站向五采区变电所敷设电压等级为6 kV的185 mm^(2)高压铠装电缆2趟共10660 m,其中的控制性工程是,电缆要敷设在大倾角行人斜井架空人车横梁上的电缆桥架内,常用的电缆敷设方法不适用于大倾角井筒的电缆敷设,且安装工期长,安全无保证。基于此,研究并应用了一种在有架空人车及横梁的倾斜井巷中的铠装电缆敷设技术,应用效果并在庞庞塔煤矿成功应用。
Due to the planning of mining the fifth mining area in Pangpangta Coal Mine,it is necessary to install the substation in the fifth mining area in advance.According to the actual needs,two 185 mm^(2) high-voltage armored cables with voltage grade of 6 kV are laid to the substation in the fifth mining area from the ground 35 kV substation,a total of 10660 m.Among them,the control engineering is Cable in pedestrian inclined shaft of large dip Angle to aerial mancar beam of cable tray,cable laying methods can not apply to the shaft of large dip Angle of cable laying,and long time limit,safety guarantee,this paper studies and applied in a trolley car and beams armoured cable laying in the inclined shaft and new technology,and has been applied successfully to the coal mine in Pangpangta Coal Mine.
