夏云一号隧底溶洞处理技术研究

摘要 乌当(羊昌)至长顺高速公路项目夏云一号隧道进口右洞施工至K102+558时揭示出隧底溶洞,通过对岩溶管道的探测,发现管道发育方向与隧道近乎于平行,溶腔底部有流水通过,影响掌子面开挖,危及施工安全,为有效加固溶腔段落隧道结构稳定,保证隧道安全、稳定施工,结合溶洞测量成果与隧道的空间位置关系,采取溶腔部分以钢管桩支顶加固、溶蚀裂隙发育段落采用钢护管注浆加固,保持原水流通道畅通的原则,对该岩溶管道进行处理,并通过数值模拟计算进行效果检验。采取上述处理方案后,隧道结构稳定,满足了开挖要求,对类似情况具有参考价值。 When the right tunnel at the entrance of Xiayun No 1 Tunnel of Wudang(Yangchang)-Changshun Expressway Project was constructed to K102+558,the karst cave at the tunnel bottom was revealed.Through the exploration of karst pipelines,it was found that the development direction of the pipeline was nearly parallel to the tunnel.There was flowing water at the bottom of the karst cavity,which affected the excavation of the tunnel face and endangered the construction safety.In order to effectively strengthen the stability of the tunnel structure in the karst cavity section and ensure the safe and stable construction of the tunnel,according to the relationship between the measurement results of karst caves and the spatial position of the tunnel,the karst cavities are reinforced with steel pipe piles at the top,the sections with corrosion fissures are reinforced with steel pipe grouting to keep the original water channel unblocked,and the treatment effect is checked through numerical simulation calculation.After adopting the above treatment scheme,the tunnel structure is stable and meets the excavation requirements.
